Contrasts

Saturday  this week

Saturday last week

Returning home from sunny Florida I was met with winter.
We had a beautiful flight over a winter landscape when returning to Oslo, with the evening sun setting and coloring the mountains in light pink hues.
And I was happy to come home.

This morning it was -18C/ 0F.
I was slightly less happy to be home.

The consolation might be that it is much more beautiful where you are than where you were!

I agree, your home area is MUCH more beautiful. Besides, you have horses and that wins, hands down!

I have to say that your "This Saturday" is so beautiful compared to "Last Saturday" but that is just me. I am with you on the temperatures, though. O degrees is not too good, but adorable horsey ears on a white trail - Perfect!

Disney World is a little "over the top," isn't it. Welcome home.

Glad you are home safe and sound. I prefer this Saturday's pic to last. Your winters are magical!

You live in a winter wonderland! In Orlando, winter is manufactured!

Thanks for your comments all! I am glad to be back, but it was a very nice trip. And weather - to have summer temperatures in November is wonderful!
